Step 1.
As shown in the figure: If you need to exchange BTC for ETH, select BTC on the top and ETH on the bottom. Enter the amount of BTC you wish to exchange in the top field. The bottom field will automatically calculate the corresponding amount of ETH based on the real-time exchange rate. Then, enter your ETH address in the address field. Next, choose either a fixed rate or a floating rate (for questions about rates, see the FAQ), and click Start Exchange.
Step 2.
As shown in the figure: CCE Cash automatically provides a BTC address. You need to transfer the exchanged BTC to this address within 24 hours. After 5 blockchain confirmations, CCE Cash will transfer the exchanged ETH to the address you submitted. This process will be completed within 3-30 minutes. (To avoid any loss, please record the order number provided by CCE Cash.)
