Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') govern your participation in the Affiliate Program supported by the CCE Cash platform (hereinafter referred to as the 'Program'). These Terms clarify the rights and obligations of participants and the company as well as the order in which rewards are obtained.
By participating in the CCE Cash Affiliate Program (“CCE Cash Affiliate Program”, “Affiliate Program”, “Program”) and further earning income as an Affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree and confirm that you commit to abide by the terms of the Affiliate Program and any amendments thereto, and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Security Policy and Cookie Policy, which are an integral part of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of these Terms, you may not participate in, use, or access the CCE Cash Affiliate Network Marketing Program.
Section 1
Definitions
'CCE Cash Affiliate Program', 'Affiliate Program', and 'Program' refer to the affiliate program provided by CCE Cash on its website.
'CCE Cash' ('Website', 'we', and 'our') refers to the creator of the program, CCE.Cash, and any applications related to CCE Cash.
'Affiliate' ('you', 'your') refers to an individual or entity participating in the CCE Cash Affiliate Program under these terms.
'Referral' refers to each new customer attracted by the partner using the CCE Cash API.
'API' refers to the CCE Cash API used by partners for automated cryptocurrency exchange.
'Affiliate Link' refers to the unique link with an affiliate code used by the affiliate member in email invitations, social media platforms, or any promotional virtual channels to direct referrals to the cryptocurrency exchange form via the CCE Cash API.
'Affiliate Code' refers to the unique number used to identify the partner.
“Affiliate Site” means a partner website or application that offers CCE Cash services/tools and/promotions to attract referrals.
'Services' refer to any services provided by CCE Cash for cryptocurrency exchange, which will be promoted by the affiliate member based on the materials provided by CCE Cash to the affiliate member.
'Tools' refer to the trading widgets, trading buttons, and referral links provided by CCE Cash that can be integrated into the affiliate website and allow referrals to use the services.
'Commission' refers to the fee paid by CCE Cash to the affiliate company based on the qualified transactions made by the referrals.
Section 2
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
2.1.To join the program, there is no need to register an account on the CCE.Cash website. The security of the email address and key is the responsibility of the affiliate member.
2.2.A unique affiliate link is generated on CCE Cash and provided to the affiliate member. There is no application or approval process for this program. Every user has the right to become an affiliate member.
2.3. The affiliate member may contact online support to delete any unwanted codes.
2.4. After deletion of the membership code, its restoration is irreversible, and funds from clicks on the membership link and completed transactions will no longer be credited.
2.5.To use the API Affiliate Program, the affiliate member must contact us via email at [email protected] and provide details on the use of the API in their project.
Section 3
Rights and Obligations of the Affiliate
3.1.By participating in the program, you (the affiliate member) represent and warrant that:
3.1.1.You have read and understood all the provisions of these Terms;
3.1.2.All information you submit to CCE Cash is true, accurate, and up-to-date. You should ensure the accuracy of such information;
3.1.3.You have the full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding relationship under these Terms;
3.1.4.Your clients (referrals) agree to the Terms of Use of CCE Cash;
3.1.5.You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any tools or CCE Cash software;
3.1.6.Use of the website and participation in the program in accordance with the terms will not conflict with any applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, licenses, or permits applicable to the affiliate;
3.1.7.The maintenance and updates of your website or application will be your responsibility;
3.1.8.You should inform CCE Cash of any errors or difficulties encountered, as well as the typical circumstances and symptoms of such errors and difficulties;
3.1.9.Use of the Website and participation in the Program does not constitute and will not constitute a breach or default of any agreement or other instrument to which you are a party, or extend to any breach or default of any agreement or other instrument to which you are a party;
3.1.10.You acknowledge that the website may be down for scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or modifications, and that the website may be subject to inherent limitations, delays, and other issues of using communication networks and facilities (including the Internet), which are beyond control.
3.2.Affiliates are only permitted to sell CCE Cash services in accordance with these terms and must comply with any other terms and conditions established by CCE Cash from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
3.3.The rights granted by CCE Cash to Affiliates are not exclusive in any case, and nothing in this Agreement will restrict, prevent or hinder CCE Cash from entering into other Affiliate Agreements or other agreements with other third parties and from granting rights to any other third parties. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent CCE Cash from promoting and marketing its Services.
3.4.Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with CCE Cash, the affiliate shall be responsible for its own advertising and promotional expenses and any other expenses related to these terms.
Section 4
Member Restrictions
4.1.By applying for this program, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not engage in activities that CCE Cash deems to be harmful to itself, its customers, employees, operations, or reputation:
4.2.Prohibited:
4.2.1.Using referral links for your own asset exchange;
4.2.2.Developing or using its platform, website, or publishing website to promote CCE Cash services or platform to anyone who would use the CCE Cash platform in violation of the CCE Cash Terms of Use;
4.2.3.Prohibited use of CCE Cash's intellectual property to register or purchase domain names, including but not limited to any possible way of writing the brand name (including typos, spelling errors, spaces, or symbols), as well as any form of copying or imitating the CCE Cash website or any part thereof;
4.2.4.Using Cookies for advertising: You shall not use Cookie stuffing techniques or click generators to set tracking Cookies without the user actually clicking on the referral link. You shall not artificially generate clicks or impressions on your website or create visits on the CCE Cash website through robot programs, software programs, or other means;
4.2.5.Use of search queries containing direct domain names or brand names is prohibited in paid SEA advertisements used to attract referrals;
4.2.6.Making any express or implied representations, warranties, guarantees, or financial advice to Referrals on behalf of CCE Cash;
4.2.7.Unless explicitly permitted by this Cooperation Agreement, you shall not distort or exaggerate your relationship with CCE Cash, or imply that you have any relationship or affiliation with CCE Cash or any other natural person or legal entity. You shall not represent yourself as an agent or employee of CCE Cash, or claim that you have the right to contractually bind CCE Cash;
4.2.8.Making any false, misleading, or statements that do not conform to the current documentation published by CCE Cash about CCE Cash;
4.2.9.Engaging in illegal activities and services, including but not limited to human trafficking, child pornography, violence, financial crimes, smuggling (including drugs, weapons, narcotics, tobacco, etc.), cybercrime, and corruption;
4.2.10.Sending information containing obscenity, pornography, defamation, slander, human rights violations, as well as obscene acts or illegal activities, or any information that promotes hatred or discrimination, assists in the sale of firearms or illegal drugs, or participates in or encourages participation in illegal activities to CCE Cash services;
4.2.11. Using affiliate links to create personal financial plans and inviting referrals to participate, including offering interest, bonuses, or other rewards. The affiliate program is designed to attract new users, and any actions violating its objectives are considered a breach of the affiliate program terms;
4.2.12. Publishing affiliate links on the official platforms and social networks of CCE Cash. Any advertising or referral attraction through CCE Cash official channels (including chat, forums, and social networks) is considered a violation of the affiliate program terms;
4.2.13.Publishing, displaying, or otherwise using affiliate links or other content on the affiliate website that includes any spyware, malware, or viruses, or any software applications that are not explicitly and knowingly authorized by the user before downloading or installing on their computer or other device.
4.3.CCE Cash has the right to ask partners for more detailed information on how referrals are attracted at any time.
4.4.If the affiliate member violates these Terms, engages in offensive behavior, threatens, or refuses to provide the requested information on how to attract customers, CCE Cash reserves the right to expel it from the affiliate program. The expulsion process includes but is not limited to: blocking the API key and prohibiting profit withdrawals.
Section 5
Termination
5.1.CCE Cash may terminate this Agreement and the affiliate member's participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason or no reason, without further notice.
5.2. After termination of the Agreement, the affiliate member shall immediately cease using all trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of CCE Cash and forfeit any unpaid rewards obtained prior to the termination date. The provisions of this Agreement that should survive the termination of this Agreement by their nature and content, including but not limited to indemnification, liability limitation, and confidentiality clauses, shall remain in effect after the termination of this Agreement.
Section 6
Affiliate Earnings
6.1. Affiliate members are entitled to a commission equivalent to 40% of the revenue obtained by CCE Cash from all qualified transactions.
6.2.To withdraw funds, the member must submit a withdrawal request in their profile, which must be accepted and approved by CCE Cash within 3 days.
6.3.The minimum amount that an affiliate member can withdraw is 100 USDT.

General
7.1.These terms are part of the CCE Cash Terms of Use and Partner Agreement.
